Optional ongoing care

Keep the result useful.
Keep the boundaries clear.

After delivery, choose the support your system actually needs. Care is a separately agreed service, not a requirement for receiving the original project result.

01 / Maintain

Look after the agreed system.

Scheduled checks, covered maintenance and a service review, within a named system boundary and an explicit allowance.

02 / Guide

Keep ownership understandable.

A clear contact route, useful operating notes and a routine for deciding what needs attention next.

03 / Improve

Scope the next capability.

New environments, integrations and substantial features become separately agreed changes or projects.

Coverage we can actually agree.

The current offer is scheduled, bounded and non-emergency. Broader business-hours or emergency coverage requires confirmed staffing and a separate agreement. No 24/7 service is currently promised.

Price, service windows, allowance, covered work and response expectations are defined in the proposal. The proposed payment default is monthly in advance.

A smaller first step

What needs looking after?

Start with the system, its users and the responsibilities you would like to delegate.
