Browsing and preferences
This website does not include advertising trackers or visitor analytics scripts. Netlify hosts the website and processes technical request information to deliver, secure and operate it. Hosting records are separate from the enquiries described below.
Your browser can remember your selected colour theme and motion preference using local storage. These preferences are not sent to VERIDARC as an enquiry. They remain until you change them or clear this website’s data in your browser settings; they have no automatic expiry. The website also respects your device’s reduced-motion preference.
Search and the site guide
Search, the project finder and the site guide use public information included in the site. Guide questions are not sent to an AI service or saved by this website; they clear when you reload the page. The guide cannot access accounts or perform actions. Solution-library searches appear in the page URL, so they may remain in browser history or a link you share. Do not put confidential information into search fields.
Email enquiries
The contact form prepares an email on your device. It does not submit the message to a backend. You review and send it through your own email app. If you send it, your email provider and Google Workspace, which provides VERIDARC’s company email, process the message and its sender details as ordinary email.
We use enquiries to respond, understand the requested work and discuss suitable next steps. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up for newsletters or marketing emails.
Partner applications and referrals
These forms send your name, email, optional company or professional role, selected partnership interest or referred business, and the context you provide to Netlify Forms. A referral also records your confirmation that you have permission to make the introduction and share the business context. The form records the version of the privacy notice shown when you submit.
We review this information to assess the partnership or opportunity and respond. Submissions are stored through Netlify, and related correspondence is handled in Google Workspace. Netlify uses spam filtering, including Akismet, to help identify abusive submissions. An enquiry does not create a partnership, qualify a referral for payment or sign you up for marketing.
Sharing and processing locations
Netlify and Google Workspace process information to provide hosting, form handling, spam protection and email services. Their service providers may also be involved. Information may be processed outside Canada, including in the United States, and may be subject to lawful access under the laws of the processing location. Contact us if you have questions about these arrangements before sharing information.
We use the information for the enquiry purposes above, not to sell personal information or build advertising audiences. Information may also need to be retained or disclosed to meet a legal obligation.
How long we keep enquiries
We keep inactive enquiries, unsuccessful partner applications and referrals that do not proceed for no longer than 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a specific legal obligation requires longer retention. We delete information sooner when it is no longer needed and there is no valid reason to retain it. This covers enquiry records in Netlify and company email. Active client records, signed agreements and accounting records follow separate retention requirements.
Provider backup copies may remain temporarily under the provider’s backup and deletion processes. Ask us about deletion if you need to understand how it applies to your information.
Share only what is needed
Do not submit passwords, access keys, identity documents, health or financial records, or confidential customer information. Share another person’s information only with permission. The forms do not automatically redact sensitive information. If you send something by mistake, contact us without repeating the sensitive material so we can assess the appropriate next step.
Privacy contact and requests
Contact the VERIDARC INC Privacy Contact at info@veridarc.com with privacy questions, complaints, or requests to access, correct or delete information you have sent us. You can also ask to withdraw consent for further use, subject to applicable legal or contractual restrictions. This may prevent us from continuing an enquiry.
Tell us enough to identify the relevant enquiry. We may need to verify your identity before providing or changing records; do not email identity documents unless we agree on an appropriate method. We respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any applicable limits or permitted extension. You may also contact the relevant privacy regulator.
Changes to this notice
We update the date above when this notice changes. A later notice does not by itself authorize a new use of previously collected information where additional consent is required.
