Finding the right work
Start with the outcome, then decide what kind of help makes sense.
What does VERIDARC do?
VERIDARC helps solve defined business and operational problems through automation, integrations and useful software. We also undertake scoped technical consultancy, assessments and implementation projects, with optional ongoing care. The first conversation checks the outcome you need, our competence and available capacity.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes, when there is a defined technical or operational problem and a worthwhile fit. Repeated catalogue work, tool handoffs and reporting are examples to explore. A simple process change or an existing tool may be enough; a custom system should have a clear reason to exist.
Is an assessment always required?
No. A paid technical assessment helps when dependencies, risks or the cause of a problem need investigation. We agree the question, review boundary and output before starting: for example, findings and a practical implementation plan. If scope, access and acceptance checks are already clear, we can discuss implementation directly.
Do you supply contractors?
Our project offer is built around an agreed result with a technical lead coordinating delivery. If you need individuals managed day to day by your own team, staffing may fit better. For a VERIDARC project, scope, dependencies, milestones and acceptance evidence are agreed before commitment.
Can another consultancy work with you?
We can discuss a defined technical work package. Responsibilities, client communication, capacity and commercial terms need agreement before starting. The engagement should make clear who owns each decision, how progress is reviewed and what evidence completes the work.
Automation, AI and integrations
Make a recurring task easier while keeping decisions and exceptions clear.
What is workflow automation?
Workflow automation uses software to carry out agreed steps in a recurring process, such as passing approved information to another tool or preparing a report for review. At VERIDARC, we start by mapping the trigger, inputs, rules, exceptions and person responsible. AI is useful only where the task needs it; clear rules may be enough.
Which workflow should we automate first?
Choose one repeated task with a clear owner, representative inputs and a result you can check. Record how often it happens, the time spent doing and correcting it, and the exceptions. A small trial should include review time and ongoing costs, so you can compare the whole process with the current approach before expanding.
Often that is the best starting point. An integration can move agreed information between tools through supported APIs or other available connections. We assess permissions, data quality, supplier limits, duplicate handling and failure recovery before recommending a connection. A named platform on this website does not establish a live integration with your account.
Will AI publish or change things automatically?
Only actions explicitly agreed for the workflow should be permitted. A useful starting point is AI preparing a draft or summary that a person checks before it affects another system. A pilot needs representative examples, error checks, access boundaries and a clear route for exceptions. Product concepts and local tests do not establish autonomous production operation.
What affects the cost of an automation or integration project?
Cost depends on the workflow boundary, the systems involved, the quality of the information and how exceptions are handled. A single approved handoff has a different scope from several systems with recovery and audit requirements. The proposal should separate implementation, supplier subscriptions, hosting or AI usage, and optional maintenance. Savings need measurement against your current process.
Software, platforms and owned products
Check the purpose and readiness of the software before committing to it.
When does a portal or custom application make sense?
A portal or custom application may fit when people need a shared place to submit information, review work or follow status, and existing tools cannot meet the important requirements. We assess the users, access rules, information and operating owner before proposing a build. Start with one useful workflow; integrations, additional roles and ongoing operation need explicit scope.
A scoped project can address a specific delivery constraint: repeatable releases, cloud foundations, consistent developer environments, useful monitoring or recovery readiness. We define the application or platform boundary, the evidence of improvement and who will operate the result. Technology choices follow that need; a larger platform or a full migration is not automatically required.
Are the modules available to install today?
There is no self-service installation offered by this catalogue. Each candidate has a different stage:
- KickOn: Early prototype design for a multi-client Slack automation product. The portal, configurable forms and delivery-provider connections are being explored; no generalized customer implementation or live integrations are offered today.
- Pinlight: The reusable edition is being shaped from documented local-development patterns. A compatible setup, supported machines and safe operating boundaries need validation before a pilot.
- BriefTag: The documented reference supports human-triggered workflows. A reusable customer edition still needs integration, quality evaluation and permission controls before a pilot.
- ListInk: A local candidate supports listing preparation and human review. Real Shopify authorization, media transfer and production operation remain pending. Additional store platforms and commercial AI access are not available offerings today.
Scope, delivery and ongoing care
Agree what the result includes and how it will be reviewed and owned.
How much will my project cost?
Clear implementation scope is quoted as a fixed project. Investigations can be capped at an agreed amount. Module setup, connected services and optional care are discussed separately. Share the intended result and known constraints so we can establish the work that needs pricing.
Can you promise a completion date now?
Dates depend on scope, dependencies, access and confirmed capacity. We agree milestones and acceptance criteria before committing to delivery. A useful plan identifies decisions and access needed from you, along with what happens if an important assumption changes.
Do you provide 24/7 support?
Our current care offer is scheduled, bounded and non-emergency. Broader coverage requires a separately agreed service with confirmed staffing. Maintenance and new capabilities are distinct from completing the original agreed project requirements.
Are these customer case studies?
The solution examples illustrate possible engagements. The experience page describes relevant technical-lead experience from prior roles, separately from VERIDARC client work. Illustrations, product candidates and local testing are not customer results, testimonials or measured savings.
Who owns the finished work?
Ownership, reuse permissions, access and licensing are agreed in the project or module terms. We clarify those boundaries before implementation, along with handover information and responsibility for operating the result.
Does this site guide use an AI service?
No. It matches your question to curated information on this website and links to relevant pages. It cannot access accounts, quote a project or take actions. Questions stay in the page memory and clear when you reload. Keep passwords and confidential customer or system information out of your first enquiry.
