Information and enquiries
This website explains our work and provides a way to contact us. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract for paid services, require you to purchase anything or require VERIDARC to accept a project.
Paid work begins only after you and VERIDARC have accepted a separate written agreement covering the scope of work, fees and payment terms. The website does not replace that agreement. Project deliverables, ownership, confidentiality, acceptance and support are addressed in the relevant agreement.
Partners and referrals
Partner applications and referrals are enquiries. Acceptance, eligibility, attribution, compensation and payment conditions must be confirmed separately in writing. Published referral examples or rates do not make every submission eligible for payment.
Examples, pricing and availability
Illustrative scenarios are not claims of completed client work. Experience attributed to prior professional roles is distinct from VERIDARC delivery. Product and module pages describe their stated stage of development; a candidate or prototype listing does not mean a product is available to purchase or deploy.
Website pricing describes the stated scope and exclusions. Availability, final scope, applicable taxes and expenses are confirmed in the written agreement. General website information is not a guarantee of a particular result or a substitute for advice about your circumstances.
Using the website responsibly
You may browse the website and share links to its public pages. Do not use forms to send spam, malicious code or information you are not entitled to share; impersonate someone; seek unauthorized access; or deliberately disrupt the website. Follow the information-sharing guidance in our privacy notice.
Content and third-party links
Respect the intellectual property rights that apply to website text, designs, logos and other materials. Uses permitted by law remain permitted. Contact us about permission for other uses. References or links to third-party services do not make VERIDARC responsible for those providers’ terms or operation.
Website limitations and your rights
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but information can change and the site may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. Please confirm important project details with us before relying on them. The site guide uses the public site index and may misunderstand a question.
Nothing on this page excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Dispute procedures and any agreed governing law for paid work belong in the separate project or partner agreement.
