A bounded review of one application’s deployment process, with findings and a practical implementation plan. Final scope is agreed before booking.

Proposed payment split: 50% at the agreed start and 50% at report and walkthrough delivery. Applicable taxes and any agreed external expenses are separate.

Fixed price after scoping

Project delivery

Agreed implementation, milestones, validation and handover. A proposed default is 40% at start, 40% at a defined milestone and 20% on acceptance.

Unknown investigations

When uncertainty prevents a reliable fixed quote, we agree an investigation boundary and written cost cap before proceeding.

Software & modules

Setup, connected systems, any licensing or usage, and optional care are separated in the proposal.

Care is optional.
Completion is not an upsell.

Correcting work that fails the agreed requirements belongs to the delivery obligation. Ongoing maintenance and new capabilities are different responsibilities, priced separately.
