Illustrative project

Connect enrolment to course access.

Help staff check that confirmed learners have the right access before a course begins.

A possible engagement. This is an illustration of work we could scope, not a completed VERIDARC client project or a working product demo. Feasibility and delivery fit are assessed before commitment.

For training & education providers

The situation.

Imagine a training provider checking a confirmed attendance list against its course platform before each intake. Staff have to identify missing access, duplicate records and late changes by hand.

What could change.

A scoped workflow could compare confirmed enrolments with course access, show the differences and apply only the changes approved by staff.

  2. Access checkMatch the agreed course
  3. Course readyChanges checked by staff

Unmatched learners and access changes need staff review.

A manageable first project

Start with one
agreed workflow.

One enrolment source, one learning platform and an agreed intake or course group.

What the scope could include

  • Agreed matching rules for learners and courses
  • An access comparison and a staff approval step
  • A record of approved changes, exception handling and handover
The acceptance check

Show that it works.

A representative test list identifies missing access and duplicate records. An approved change grants only the expected course access. Unmatched records remain in review, and an agreed cancellation test removes only the corresponding access.

Agree any time or quality measures against your current process before work starts.

The boundary

Keep the scope clear.

Staff retain enrolment, eligibility and access decisions. We review platform permissions, identity matching and privacy requirements first. Admissions, billing, automatic eligibility decisions and replacing the learning platform are outside this first scope.
